OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:
To ensure that Jabez Christian Center facilities, buildings and surroundings are well-maintained including Jabez Campsite, Jabez Christian School, and the Home of Joy orphanage.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. General maintenance for the following:
   1. Water system and facilities
   2. Electrical system
   3. Perimeter fences & roads
   4. Unoccupied grounds
      e. Maintenance
   5. Operation of generator
   6. Building improvements and maintenance
   7. Trees and surroundings
   8. Vehicles and equipment
2. Assists in the discipleship program for campsite workers.

PREFERRED PRE-FIELD EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

1. EDUCATION / TRAINING: see job description above.
2. BIBLE TRAINING: Has at least two years Bible school education.
3. EXPERIENCE: has practical knowledge and experience in vehicle repair, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc.
4. LENGTH OF SERVICE: Prefer 4 year term to career commitment.
5. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Completion of a pre-field missionary training course is required.
6. SUPPORT: individual required to fully raise their own financial support prior to arrival on the field. ACTION Philippines can provide general support level guidelines upon request.

FIELD TRAINING REQUIRED

LANGUAGE: Tagalog Level 2 recommended but not required.
